Product Overview

The Solana Gear Heat & Massage Neck Wrap combines adjustable heat and gentle vibration massage to help relax sore muscles, improve comfort, and support daily recovery. Its flexible design sits comfortably around the neck and upper shoulders.

How to Use the Neck Wrap

Powering On

  1. Connect the neck wrap to a USB power source (power bank, laptop, or wall adapter).

  2. Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn the unit on.

Heat Settings

  • Press the heat button to cycle through temperature levels.

  • Indicator lights show the active heat setting.

  • Start on a lower setting and increase as needed.

Massage Function

  • Press the massage button to turn vibration massage on or off.

  • Start on a lower setting and increase as needed.

  • Heat and massage can be used together or separately.

Powering Off

  • Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds until the indicator lights turn off.

  • Disconnect from the power source after use.

Usage Guidelines

  • Recommended use is up to 60 minutes per session.

  • Allow the device to cool between sessions.

  • If the heat feels too warm, lower the setting or stop use.
